What is the difference between an infrastructure layer vs. a framework layer?

What is the difference between an infrastructure layer vs. a framework layer?

I would appreciate someone explain to me that what are the differences
between an infrastructure layer and a framework layer in an N-Layer
application design.
what kind of code goes to each of those layers and how do you actually go
about to design them with respect to each other , I understand that
framework layer would sit above an infrastructure layer and by
infrastructure I do not mean a physical layer like Sql Server, I mean the
actual project template in visual studio for example.
